What to Bring with You to a Senior Session

You’ve got the outfits picked out, your vibe is on point, and now you’re ready to rock your senior photoshoot! But wait—what should you actually bring with you? Don’t worry, I’ve got your back. Here’s your ultimate checklist to make sure you’ve got everything you need for a stress-free, fun-filled session.

1. Your Outfits (Obviously!)

This is the big one. Make sure you bring at least 2–3 outfits (more if you’re feeling extra), including shoes and accessories. Here’s the trick: make sure your outfits reflect different sides of you—casual, dressy, and something a little fun.
Pro tip: Pack everything on a hanger to keep things neat and wrinkle-free!

2. Shoes That Won’t Hold You Back

You’ll probably be walking around a bit during the shoot, so choose shoes that look awesome but are comfy enough for you to move around in. And hey, if you’re switching between a couple of outfits, don't forget to bring different pairs to match!

3. Hair & Makeup Touch-Ups

If you’re doing your own hair and makeup (or even if you’re not!), bring along a few essential touch-up items like:

  • A brush or comb
  • Extra hair ties or bobby pins
  • Lip gloss or lipstick
  • Powder or blotting paper for shine

A few simple fixes can keep you looking fresh through the whole shoot!

4. A Water Bottle (Stay Hydrated!)

You’re gonna be working that camera, and hydration is key. Bring a water bottle to keep your skin glowing and your energy up throughout the shoot.

5. A Small Bag for Essentials

I’ll be keeping track of your outfits, but you can bring a small bag to store your essentials. Here’s a quick checklist:

  • Phone (but leave it on silent—we’re here to shoot, not scroll)
  • Wallet (just in case)
  • Any special items you want to incorporate into the shoot (a favorite book, sports equipment, or a meaningful accessory)

6. A Confidence Boost (Mental Prep!)

Okay, this isn’t something you can pack in your bag, but it’s just as important! Get yourself in a good headspace before the shoot. Think of it as a fun, creative experience—no stress! I’ll guide you through every pose, and we’ll have a blast along the way. Confidence always shines through in photos.

7. A Smile (And Your Personality!)

Last but definitely not least, bring your best smile and your personality! You’re the star of this show, and your energy is going to make your photos pop.

Once you’ve got all this in hand, you’re ready to show up and make your senior photoshoot unforgettable. No need to overthink it—just bring the essentials, and we’ll make some magic happen!

Let's do this... I'm ready to schedule!
